Friends of the ASO
As a lover of orchestral music, we invite you to enrich your musical interests, add beautiful low-cost concerts to your musical diary and widen your social network, while assisting in raising valuable funds to help ensure the future of the ASO.
Since 1988, a dedicated committee of volunteers has presented an annual program of special events and social activities. Monies raised support sponsorship of Musical Chairs, the ASO’s Annual Giving program, study grants for players and subsidies for musical instruments and equipment.
Becoming a Friend of the ASO provides an opportunity to:
- Support one of South Australia’s most valuable assets
- Meet orchestra members
- Attend receptions and meet local and international artists
- Gain access to rehearsals and education concerts
